** Due to the impact of Covid-19 on all international transport, our current shipping time-frame to the US is 7-10 business days.
We are operating business-as-usual, and are committed to our team, our customers and our suppliers. Although we are trying our hardest to keep to our normal delivery times, some delays may occur during the current COVID-19 situation. Please bear with us if this happens and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
Express shipping has been temporarily suspended as we want to ensure we offer the best delivery service we can during this period. Please be advised that we are currently unable to ship to India, South Africa, Italy, Taiwan and Hubei Province in China.

Our return policy is extended from 28 days to 90 days for all purchases made after 1st March 2020. We want to provide a flexible time frame for our customers to eliminate any stress regarding returns during this time. Due to the uncertainty, we will update this policy accordingly. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If in any doubt please check with your local customs office for more information.
** US Customers, duties are only payable on orders over $800.00.
General: We are unable to ship to Norway, Australia, and Russia at this time due to delivery and shipping issues. We hope to resolve this and to resume shipping as soon as possible.
UK-only items: Gift boxes containing alcoholic beverages are available for shipping in the UK only due to customs restrictions.
PO boxes: Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time.
APO addresses: Unfortunately, none of the international couriers is able to deliver parcels to APO addresses, as only the USPS is allowed to deliver to military bases.
Conditions for free delivery
Free Worldwide Standard Delivery on all orders of £60 or more. Please note that the minimum order value for free delivery is calculated using the final value of the order. This means that, if you use a discount code, it is not the original price of the items but the order value after applying the discount that needs to be over £60/$90 to be eligible for free shipping.

Returns policy and refunds
If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your order, we will refund the full value of any products provided the conditions below are met:
1) You are able to return the products in question to us within 28 days of receipt of your order.
2) Your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.
In case any of the items you purchased are faulty, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve the situation for you.
Please note that we are currently unable to offer an international freepost returns label, so, unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return.
